Here's what I spent some hours on even though I don't really play bat anymore: http://virate.org/~lotheac/tf-batmxp.png Basically I parse every line received by tf for the <C #%x> and </C> tags, replacing them with xterm 256 color escapes; tf5 already knows how to handle those.

Wrote an entry in Finnish in UTF-8 by oversight, so translating. It would be really fun if tf supported MXP (well, for the parts that are possible to implement in a terminal emulator, say, 256 colors) or bat sent 256color escapes instead of MXP. It'd also be neat if utf-8 was accepted as a standard for communications, replacing current de facto encodings. I can actually think of a MUD use for some unicode characters, like 'SNOWMAN' (U+2603)! Although, now that I think about it, tf's UTF-8 support is really lacking too. Blah. Maybe I should try and make some exp one of these days.

Laskeskelin tossa reinc simillä että tän suuren kädetyksen eli mortisreincin jälkeen mulle jäis seuraavanlainen mage: magical 10, innercircle 10, nav 3, wand 1. level 49, totaalit vähän vajaa 50M. sehän tässä lähinnä vituttaa, että ei voi ottaa toista damtypee. ton 12M ajais helposti, kun vaan jaksais ajella (ja sais jonkun seisoo lihamuuriks) mutta jostain kai se on lähettävä. mersuna kerran kuukaudessa logatessa ei kauheesti ekspaa valu. Toinen vaihtoehto olis tietysti tarma mutta en oikein tiiä jaksaako sitä. Vois ehkä yrittää tehä noita joitain lq:takin, mut oli muistaakseni että joitain on hieman hankala tehä jollain magicalilla. Tosin tällä hetkellä suurin este on se, että rahaa on 160k.

joo, tein virheen reincis ja aattelin että no perkele reinccaanpa uusiks ku on vielä halpaa. talsin mortikselle. While you are still on your low-tax succession period, you have chosen to reinc using a method that forces a certain reincarnation tax on you. In this case, the forced tax is 20%. Since this tax cannot be affected, setting your reincarnation method as 'instant'. 12M köyhempi ekspassa, hyvin meni :D

Tein duckin, ja otin väärän boonin (improved mental regen, piti ottaa fast meta) mutta ei se mitään, ehkä. Joskus kun on rahaa niin clearaan boonit ja uusiks ellen reinkkaa taas ennen sitä. Nyt pitäis ostaa niitä asphyx regsuja.

Idlasin taas ku ajoivat bank robberin, meni taas ihan hukkaan paljon rahaa! plussalla sentään tässä sessiossa kun myin päivällä servicejä. Ja keksin samalla miten bank robber toimii! kaivoin logeista että päivällä oli pankissa 719691.00 rahaa, ja nyt on 654265.00. Edellisestä vähentämällä jälkimmäinen huomataan, että tili keveni 65426 kultarahan verran, joka on noin 10% jäljelle jääneestä, tai 719691 / 1.1 = 654265. Olipa hyödyllistä infoa.

Tänään sain tehtyä 5slot puisen chestin useasta sadasta kilosta puuta. Rankkaa. Muutin myös rothista laenoriin, mersuskillit helpotti urakkaa aika hyvin, ei tarvinnu tehä kun yks reissu. Mutta rahatilanne meni tappiolle! 75k makso muuttaa ja ~42k oli bargainin jälkeen chest skeleton.

1M ekspaa tänään, rahapuolella vähän miinusta kun piti ostaa reagentteja ja laivamatkoja. Sain taas ekua, sandals of the earthit nimellä ja claw of gilsul (tosin se pitää käydä hakemassa buutin jälkeen, pitää palauttaa itemi jollekin äijälle että se antaa sen talismaanin ja se sattu aggroomaan kun oltiin lopettelemassa). Mitäs vielä. 44 roomia. Ja pitäis ostaa uus chesti jos meinaan saada yhtään lisää ekua ellei se sitten ole arms/bracelet/amulet slottiin. tasan 36M taitaa olla totaalitki. Jospa ne siitä nousis... nyt on jo acid blastiaki pari prosenttia enemmän.

Regaini vihdoin valmis. Aika hyvältä vaikuttaa näin pienilläki totaleilla, sain qc, dcrit, manacontrol, knowledge of magic lore ja cast magical racmaxiin, 85% golden arrowia, 60% cast acid/acid mastery ja jonkun 67% acid blastiakin. Vielä mahtuis aika paljon ekspaa joka paikkaan ennenkun voi ees ajatella niitä conjuja mutta onpahan ainakin tavotteita. tuo 85% spellissä riittää ihan ok tämmöselle neepalle, ja onhan mulla cast skillejä. Pitäis vaan saada acid samale tasolle ja sitten joku kolmas elementti, ehkä asphy?

reinkkasin, koska thrikhrenit ainakin kuulostaa huomattavasti paremmilta maageilta mun korvaan kun drowit. nyt pitää vaa varoa vettä. hyviä puolia olis että spr:n pitäis olla parempi, faster hb, voi laittaa ekspat uusiks eikä mokata niinku viimeks, voi tehä vihdoin sen lq27 (jos viernan jeesaa), enemmän int, parempi exp rate, vähemmän spell costia. huonoina puolina mainittakoon hp-vammaisuus, vesiallergia, reinc tax (oli muuten ihan helvetin korkea, olis ollu 12% instant. otin slowin ja maksoin 1.98M), guild levelit (~230k?) ja regainaaminen slow reinkistä johtuen. niin, ja se että käytin just viime reinkissä sen book of knowledgen.

Essence of magic lore | 2 Jotain positiivista reaver catacombs-rippailujen ohella. Laitoin muuten reinkin jälkee vahingossa 30% ekspasta magic eruptioniin kun piti kirjottaa to:80 eikä to:max. nyt on sitte 90% magic eruption ja 80% golden arrow. Päivän päätteeksi essence of magic lore onkin jo 3%, mutta guild leadereihin nähden powerit on yhtä 0%. Ja golden arrow on muuten ihan perkeleen kallis spelli, saa tickailla puolella spr boonillaki jatkuvasti. Pitäis varmaan olla täys ja hirveet haibasetit että toimis kunnolla. Noh, kyllä se tästä kuhan staffi paranee jos paranee. Ja huomenna lukion loppuhuipennuksena filosofian ykköskurssin koe. Menee varmasti tosi hyvin.

Otinpa tänään leveliä, enkä ees kuollu kertaakaan. Väistin taitavasti omaa klooniani kun säkällä en ollu idlenä kun ne ajettiin ja siinähä sitä sitte sai ressailla aina siihe asti että loppu soppa. Experience gained: 759921 Experience lost: 0 Experience spent: 1062679 Nyt sitten on täydet tarmat ja kolme navia. Pitäis varmaan miettiä että mitä ottaa seuraavalla tasolla jos sinne asti joskus kerkeen. Totaalitki jo vissiin hiukkasta vajaat 32 megaa, enpähän ainakaan ole infla. =D Tuli muuten tuhlattua myös loput 7 task pointtia lottoon. Saipahan ainaki ne pois scoresta kummittelemasta. Pitäis tosin laittaa boonitkin uusiks, mutta ei nyt sen takia jaksa reincata joten olkoot. Ihan kun niistä mitään apua ois kun ei oo ekua muutenkaa.
