There seems to be small layout issue in Batclient v1.99 when running on OSX
(10.9.4). (Java 1.7.0.45)
1. In full screen mode the native OSX menubar hides the top of the client
window.
2. When changing from full screen to windowed the optimality of the layout of
the client's subframes suffer, as the bottom of the client's window gets pushed
outside the screen, usually hiding the commandline.
(This might be the case also in other platforms.)

Yes, I am nitpicking, but I think the issue shouldn't be that hard to fix. I am
willing to contribute to the testing/coding if that is needed.
