While I appreciate the hard work of the wizards here, and what Im assuming is
a ton of thought into how the game is affected on the whole, some tunes don't
make sense to me. First lib/animist took more damage from separating thier
souls, then came a healing reduction for lack of a soul, now its a seriously
reduced healing amount for yourself. How many monk/tarms are there? How many
templar/tarms are there? This tune is once again aimed a libs. My point in all
of this isn't as much to whine as it is to point out that templars are broken,
monks are dead and your player base is dwindling. As a proud lib to resist
the impending death of a wonderful guild and play style, I suggest adding to
daunting presence. Maybe increased healing recieved, or random buffs from self
healing. Things that could maintain us as a guild as the impending forces of
doom crush down upon us from outside sources.

Players who stick to some guilds will still stick to their favors, but it seems
lib/ani numbers are reduced a lot after the tune from my obversation.
Compare to kharim/crimson or kharim/reaver, lib/ani is more solo focusing
guild, they do more utilities in eq party like ghost guidance, soul chorus. But
are much inferior to kharim/crimson combo for def aspect as much lower con/hp
ratio, soul is useless in almost all big mob eq party and requires full
elemental prot or wait to get ripped by AOE. For damage aspect, a high rep
kharim with scourge can easily beat lib/ani even its on evil mobs if the skill
works(I heard this skill sometimes didn't work on certain mobs), for example I
did 3% damage in Skie party and another kharim/reaver did 10%. I admit I suck A
LOT, but should their damage triple mine seriously!?
I think ppls say lib is OP, ani is OP, they only compare it with other more
shitty good align guilds like templar and monk. But I need to mention that the
rep cap for both guild is not very high. After certain points, you can do no
more grind to make both guild works better. Grinding another 10k ghost to get
another lib boon point? Grinding another 3 month to level up another ani mount
level? And not to mention A LOT ani soul points for highbies are wasted because
they have no where to put it. As a contrast, kharim has hella high rep cap and
a HIGH rep kharim is insane.
I don't mind to see tunes. But to be honest wiz should make the templar and
monk works so there are more flexibility in guild combos. Really wanna see more
other options like lib/templar, lib/monk, templar/monk tried by ppls. Because
everybody is doing lib/ani/tarma when its talking about lib. While if we talk
about barb, there are barb/kharim, barb/ranger, barb/crimson and etc. Ppls
choose lib/ani/tarma because there are not much other options at all. Templar,
monk or even knight, they are just bad :D

Following is from my mortal experience: Liberators tank as well as crimsos.
They have selfhealing to keep them up, they have life link, they have ghost
armour, they have soul (when prepared tanks Skie and Gnaab well) and a mount..
They bring in utility spells and skills that helps the whole party and
themselves. They are in my opinion too good to be so versatile. Liberator
running solo exp and doing more than 3man def, mage, nun combo is just wrong..

That said, templars and monks should get looked into for sure. But personally
I feel like most of complains about liberator tunes is because players are
sort of humans and humans generally don't want to give something away that
they already have (power in this case).

I am open to suggestions what else there is to do to balance the game (and
that is what all of this is all about; balancing the game so there are more
than one option to go with). Contanct me via tell or end your ideas to
ideas-wanted group.
