OK, I finally figured a way to insure that a non-channeller can't steal
leadership due to such things as crashes and rebirths. Hopefully this will
work normally now and won't be an issue again.

Also, the ratio for replenish ally was improved. As well, you won't attempt to
transfer more sps than they can take.

At reboot, channellers will be able to absorb more magic than their bodies
would normally allow. Exactly how much depends on guild level and flow of
magic skill%.
