You just received a solid bonus to the % chance that you'll open a vortex
successfully, if you can complete the vortex. Seems to me that it takes a good
bit of work to finish the spell, it out to succeed more often to compensate
for that fact.

I have a few more tunes in mind, but it'll be a short while before I can get
them done and in the game.
