I changed the push quest. The following conditions now award the quest:
a) Like before, if you are below level 30, using the skill 10 times without
failing awards the quest
b) If you are ABOVE level 30, however, using the skill <your_level> times
without failing also awards the quest
c) The old rules about no reinc exp still apply
