Bolt of knowledge went through some facelifting, and it is now what we like to
call a channeling-spell. It means, after the spell has been cast, every round
there is a chance that the spell keeps on dealing damage. What's the catch?
Well, the channeling requires intense concentration, meaning you need someone
to stand in front of you to do the fighting for you, while you concentrate.
The changes should have not changed the original use of the spell, so this is
a bonus.
