Hello,

Shapechange races were downtuned quite heavily, here's the recap.

-No more spregen, almost twice the regen of thrikhren was just silly
-Exprate now depends on the exprate of the casters race, and is
modified by the shapechange, with mastery helping.
-Stats are now static +stat, with mastery again affecting the amount.
You won't get benefit from boons / eq / other temp stats for the
shapechange stats anymore.
