Hello,
From now on, you do not get full bonuses from bard instrument with
just one bard level. You need at least 20 levels invested to get
the full benefits, unless this is further tweaked at some point.
Also, I did some heavy heavy optimizations, so please check that
everything works and you actually get the stats from the instruments.
Effective after boot.
