I bring you news from Iexek the wise. He reports that he has found a way to
look into your past incarnations, thus making it possible to recover guild
quests lost in reinc. This boon does not come without a price: Iexek wants you
to bring him the remains of Theigene the Liberator, who was killed while
exploring the ether realms. When this is done, as is traditional to
Liberators, he wants you to avenge his death.

(Liberator guild quests are automatically saved when your reinc from now on.
To recover them, visit the guild mansion, find Iexek the wise and talk to him.
First part recovers the easier quests, the second part all of them.)
