The skill 'transcending mutation' has been added to the disciple guild. It
allows you to use your racial emotes/actions, such as 'elf joy', while still
in spawn form. Obviously, that means some of you won't bother to take it,
while others of you will. That's fine.

The skill has a high rate of failure, but that rate drops sharply as soon as
your skill% exceeds your level. If you try to use a racial action and fail,
you are locked out for 30 seconds. This is a pure upgrade, because right now
you can't use racial actions at all in spawn form.

Note that other racial features (such as 'I fry like bacon in sunlight') are
not affected by this skill AT ALL. Only the actions you use with your race as
the activating word.
