how do you make money from pcity shops? I built one to test it and it cut me no

The city shop will only give dividends to the "owner" of the city(will aos be
shared equally between mulitple owners). That divend is paid out in 50k chunks.

How much that is needed to be spent in a shop i suppose could be worked out if
you use the "stock" command and restrict your city to only 1 shop for that
period of time.
