I keep on hearing the arches have caught me but they wont fix me
just yet. In answer to your asking for more details about the good
times I have had in BatMUD, I shall be very happy to supply even
more material.
By the way, are the mortals having a good time with the code?
ahem .. a short update batch:
- Eqset command received few enhancements (one was already in, but
was not documented). 'eqset add' and 'eqset delete' can now add
or remove multiple items at a time, e.g.
"eqset add toyset vest,gloves,boots" and same for delete.
- 'count' command was cleaned up. This should have no user-visible
effects, apart from two rather amusing bugs that were fixed.
- Ye olde newbie taskmaster (Jarear) got some changes, related to
ship building quests. He might be less cryptic about those now.
- Materials (nuggets, etc.) now have several new handles available,
such as: '<raw/refined> <type> material' ("refined metal material"),
'<raw/refined> substance' ("raw substance"), and
'<mat> substance' ("mithril substance")
This affects newly "generated" material objects, e.g. old nuggets
need to be stored in pro bench, or amalgamated or otherwise
processed to get this update.
