In regard to Gorge's post about tzarakk leader still being leader and being
AWOL for 2 years: in some other guilds there are also guild leaders who are
absent, or even have passed away some years back, still marked as leaders. For
example mage guild, one type leader passed away some years ago, yet still has
those type-leads.

to overtake those who currently have the leadership. Seems like the most
logical solution....
