In light of some of our own dealings with travels to and from the Gala, the
college of wizards and archwizards have come together in evaluating the
availability and effectiveness of certain transportation magics.

Favorit and I have prepared a number of tunes to the Navigator guild as
follows:

1) Access to the Navigator guild is no longer restricted to those with a full
guild.

2) Access to Intercontinental transportation skills and spells are now
available at guild level 1, and redistributed across all 5 levels.

3) A new spell has been added, 'mass summon', for those who are able to fully
take all guild levels, which is useful in summoning entire parties between
outerworld locations on the same continent.

If there are any issues, please report them to myself or Favorit.

A small update to the previous tunes to the Navigator guild:

In order to join the Navigator guild, you must have an appropriate 'caster'
background. In short, Nomads will not be able to join.
