First of all, a huge thank you for making 25 years of this game and community
possible, it's a privilege being part of it.

Now, as you might have noticed, we have gotten some additional attention
to our game since our birthday festivities. Word of mouth has been spreading
through social circles, and we were mentioned in a Finnish publication with
considerable circulation. We have also initiated other visibility campaigns
in social media to create a more uniform impact across the digital landscape.
All of this has driven a good number of new and old players to check out our
game.

With this in mind, we are also encouraging our users and supporters to spread
the word on their own. A good way to do this is to share information of our
game in relevant mediums. One of the simple and effective ways is to vote
for our game on The Mud Connector (http://www.bat.org/u/DIs) and Top Mud Sites
(http://www.bat.org/u/HrP) -- these voting links can be found in game through
the 'voteurl'-command in game; the command 'voted' can be used as a reminder.

As of this writing, the ratings of Top Mud Sites were just reset and we are
sitting comfortably on #1 place -- it would be very good advertisement for our
realm to keep it that way at least until the next reset. Considerable amount
of players are searching for new homes as their old muds wane away, and many
use the aforementioned sites for the task. As we are not going anywhere soon,
it would do everyone good to give us the visibility for them to find us.

We can not offer anything to you in return for voting, except the reward of
new players checking out the game. It goes without saying, though, that the
more players we have, the healthier our game stays -- and the more players
there are beginning around the same time, the easier it is for them to explore
and find their place in our colossal realm.

The increased activity in the community has also visibly motivated several
wizards in their art of creation, and it is likely that this will materialize
in form of new content for you to enjoy in upcoming future.
