With ultrahighbie quests underway, 3 more items have been added to the Efiilas
quartermaster. These orbs will let you upgrade the lower-level items to have
better stats, and raise the maximum level where their special effects work.

For example:
The gloves, a newbie item, increase wis by +2, first aid by +4, and reduce
healing sp cost plus improve first aid use when worn by a newbie.

If you use a yellow/midbie orb, the gloves increase to +4 wis, +8% first aid,
and the healing spell/first adi effect goes up to midbie range.

The yellow orb costs 2000 Favor, which is the same as a midbie item in the
first place.

There are also midbie->highbie orbs for 3,000 and highbie->ultrahighbie for
4,000. Ultrahighbie items are +greatly (so, still not the maximum bonus) but
their special effects are always on, regardless of wearer level.

Upgrading items will be slow and eat a pile of Favor, so be careful and plan
ahead. ORBS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, and they are not tradable either.
