Every now and then someone sinks a ship in a room where they can't
land/secure. this means they can't put gangway to said ship. Could an
'extended gangway' be added that would allow you to gangway ship x from one
room away? This could be something from Silver Lake or from ship stuff you
can buy like cloak.
