Any chance the spell "cleanse heathen" could be altered to work with vials
from inventory, and to intelligently pick a full vial (or provide a parameter
to select)? Right now it's very fiddly, requiring to prepare the vials in
advance, wear the vial out of combat, the vial in question must be completely
full, and then it often doesn't work anyway or needs to be cast multiple
times, or fails because you accidentally sprinkled from that vial.

Most of these restrictions can be worked around with some scripting and
juggling, so this wouldn't empower the spell in any major way, mostly it'd be
a +convenience thing.

Alternatively, as a minimalistic solution, could full vials be given some
handle, like "full vial"?
