I would like to suggest a slight de-cluttering of the party report channel,
mostly to increase efficiency and reduce sore eyes in (eq) parties.

Implement a party report background function (prbg?),

Said channel could be used to report stuff like 'Omgh casting displacement on
baltzebub", or stuff i feel the party(or leader) doesn't
need to read/care/know about in the main report channel.

Anyone in the party with the same background as myself would of course be able
to read "my" background channel, and help protting or otherwise make use of
the information i put in it.
