Elementals, as beings of pure elemental force, should have no organs. Perhaps
give them an increased chance to drop essence as a trade off..

Blayke has an actual point here. Monsters, who dont have organs (formidably
the undead) could really have somewhat higher chance to drop essence. No need
to go crazy with it, but somewhat bigger chance.
