I think it'd be cool and somehow useful to tell that some mob in room is
turbo.
It does not break any balance rather just gives user a heads-up.
If coming as special with some eq is too much, maybe adding it as a possible
reward after sac? Or from bless?

OK nvm. Xunisiih told me about using consider. I thought one has to use the
skill consider to get useful info. But command consider seems to provide same
useful info too.
I guess always hooking in a consider on starting skill/spell or kill would help
then.

There is also the quest Legendary monsters you can do, wich gives monster
levels as well when you point your kerbholz at them.
