I'm just a relative newbie to the Kharim world but i'm liking the guild
design. Since i'm still relatively new to key-fetching and training up
adaptation, most of the attempts i make to train end up succeeding and I
see myself improving from piss-poor to marginally awful.

I've noticed people lamenting (sounds like whiny than complaining) the fact
that at higher levels, the fail rate for training goes up significantly.
Now logically it makes sense that hte more you train in something, the harder
it is to improve. But, I tried to think of ways that you could feasibly add
a bit to your success rate. 2 things sprang to mind, first being that once
you've passed a set amount, the additional keys you donate offers up a small
boost to your chance at success for that training session.

Alternatively, each failed session adds a bump in your chance of success for
later rounds in that exact training type. This would reflect that, while you
didn't advance in that particular session, finding out what didn't work helps
you later on to find out what does.

Offered up in BS to be ignored.

First suggestion is bad, mmkay?

However, second makes sense. Even the most dense cyclops learns something when
failing. "Reward" should indeed be somewhat improved dice for next attempt on
_same_ door.
