When logged in:
1) Select "My Controls" in the upper right
2) On the left menu bar, under "Personal Profile", select "Edit Avatar Settings"
3) Now either upload or link to your avatar image.
Voila.

I did... and it didn't work .. took out stuff til it did work and blamo found out it's the !'s ... try it make your password !!!! and you won't be able to login.. Just remember to change it back in bat of course ;)
Well, its the systems fault. So its a bug. And bugs are features. So dont make a password with !'s in it.
But I like my !'s!
