The ancient wise men and spellcrafters believe that everything in cosmos is formed by basic elements. Fire is said to be the strongest of the elements. It has lots of potential power, but it is also said to be as fierce as it is difficult to tame. The magi have used fire to inspire them, to soothe mind and the inner flame within one's heart. Controlling the pace of the beating heart however is not entirely safe as the heart gets physically exhausted and may get strained. According to the magi, this is a good example of the difficulty when it comes to taming fire. However, there are occasional sightings of wizards being able to tame the fire completely without the nasty side effects.
