It is rumored that in the Old Times, there existed even more powerful harm spells than harm body. Some ancient texts mention Lady of Lamentations, also known as the Great Hag-Queen of the East, being able to channel the very essence of harm itself. That spell was called 'true harm' but the knowledge of the spell vocals themselves is long forgotten. Not much is known from the spell, but like other harm spells, this one required the caster to touch her target. When touched, the target gained some external and internal injuries, obviously causing intense pain.
