Sorry about going back and forth, but I got some comments and
corrections to my assumptions to why the bonus was there in the
first place. So, for now the bonus for amount of players online
is now gone. I suppose the recruiting impact of 'more players,
more exp' is pretty irrelevant too.

The bonus was originally added to support the playing during the
lull hours, and if somebody can convincingly state that the bonus
had a big impact on the partying during the nights, we might get
to this again. But, at least full removal does not penalize the
nightplayers compared to the others. My tell last will work
even if I'm idle.
