BatMUD's Campcon was held for the 20th time, in the middle of absolute nowhere!
How else would you spend a long weekend, than with your in-game friends coming from all over the world and United States, to camp with you, nowhere else than in Clay City, Indiana, U.S.??!
Legendary. Players and developers of the game met in Clay City for the weekend for the one thing that the area is excellent for, camping. The event was hosted by our dear Murican friends, with a good number of attendees also from Finland!
It's one thing to travel to the U.S. for business or for holiday to prominent well-known locations, but going to Clay City, Indiana will be sure to raise the eyebrows of even the most seasoned traveler.
Campcon is a somewhat annual tradition held in the rural Clay City. It is typically frequented by players from the United States, but has hosted players and wizards from all around the world. People come together to meet fellow mudders, have a few drinks, go swimming in the lake, play games, set off some fireworks, and talk around the campfire. Campcon is a fun-fueled event with many regulars and also the location of the famous Bardic Log, where players may perform Bardic Tasks during the main evenings.
