Not sure if this is a bug or maybe some other reason that causes it.
Unable to launch batclient.
Details show this exception:
java.lang.Exception

Yes, I'm getting the same error. Any idea what it's related to?

If it makes any difference, I'm using the latest java build and running OS X.

Anyone got this problem solved? I'm having the same trouble... :/
edit:(removed old folder and rebooted, no help on that)

These were caused by our Java VM 1.6 compiled version and people (generally) are running 1.5. We re-compiled and fixed the Client to (still) work with 1.5 as it is the "mainstream" still at the moment.

This is what the batclient 1.3 looks like on my gentoo linux with JRE 1.5:

I'm using white as the background color for my terminals. I guess the client assumes everyone uses black. Also the 'Network', 'Settings', and 'Help' buttons don't do anything (nothing happens when you click on them).

I had the same problem. But it works (I don't know why) if you start the client from Bat's pages and not with the shortcut on your desktop.
