He does not offer anything in terms of aggression - just 5 levels worth of skills that help you survive in immediately fatal situations you might come across when exploring the realms.

There is a cool new skill, though, 'skulking'. Take a look. It's very nice, yes, only for you, my friends. Bruce's shack can be found on the island north of Arelium; that is, taking the northwest road and following the beachline north of Arelium.
