Just ask some wizard for help when you are logged in. "who wiz unidle" will show you a nice list, we can't really fix the problem if you aren't online.
You might need to bypass your commands from the parser, you can do so by using "@" in front of your commands, like "@tell nerya help me, I'm stuck"
