Is it just me or has some option changed so that I now see only the headers of reply-messages to threads and not the actual message anymore? If so, how can I change it back?

Ok the solution was to change Options -> Display modes: standard in top-right corner of message panel when viewing a thread. Don't know how it got changed to outline, but that was just awful.
