Can someone tell what does each quest require in generally? And what are the rewards?

Blackstars homepage had some info but i don' t know how accurate it is. Atleast some are correct and you can get the general idea.

You get some suffeli crits from some quests. Blood Harvest does almost 1k damage with a crit.
And when you save some of those quests, you get a suffeli scythe and some suffeli armor.

Can you save them from Reaver reinc to Reaver reinc without spending energy?

Only the quests from the spite tour are saved between reincs without spending energy on them, since the spite data is saved over reincs so once you fulfill the quest requirements, they're there to stay.
