Adding area/event basec music and sounds would
probably add lot to the game.

If you add audio, remember to make it easy to mute it and/or
change it.

One possible source for proper music could be Bjorn Lynne,
(www.lynnemusic.com) he also licenses his older (fantasy-themed)
music so that it can be used in games (cheaply). He has done music for
many computer games. This just an idea, there of course many
other compenent musicians out there.

It's not a bad idea, but also not the first time we hear of this. It has been thought of several times before, but currently it's out of the list. Sorry.

If the computer that i use with my triggs has the Impaled Nazarene - Total War, Winter War song (or ocasinally also Manowar - Manowar), it starts to play it each time i get war casted on me.

Ooh, I should add the FFVII music every time I win a battle! Taa-da-da-da dat-dat -da-da...

something like this has already been done. It's as simple as adding a plug in and a simple one has been made. You could elaborate on it.
