Someone with spiffy skills code a voter for batclient.

I know voting is gay, but its the easiest and probably the only way to promote the game.

The perfect voter would be just two buttons appearing whenever you can vote (by using the 'voted' command?) and disappearing once you press them. Whats behind those buttons could be some sort of mini-browser or wget and some html parsing.. I dunno but someone code this, it important!
