I was fighting a few guards when i went down to 0 hp. I didnt tick or anything after that.

No heartbeat doesn't necessarily mean screwed up death, it can come up in quite some situations, most of which would be related to some bugs in the code.

In such cases it's recommended to pull some unidle wiz on the sleeve (preferably one of higher level) and ask him to take a look.

It's quite impossible to tell you what went wrong after the situation has fixed itself.

I once got a 'no heartbeat' and got to look inside a wizzies personal room. And I actually obeyd when he said 'dont touch ANYTHING'.

Co'moon, just say it out loud. It is just impossible for wizes to makes such many bugs so you could just as well give it up and confess that YOU humped the battle and ambush code-chests.
