Does eq damage makes the items less effective?
i.e. Does an awesome weapon do more damage than an excellent one? (Assuming everything else is the same).

There is some special eq that has different bonus based on condition but 99% don't. That shattered eq then again has no bonuses.

Hmm, yeah, I am pretty sure that condition of equipment doesn't make it's stats worse, but are you sure that weapons don't get damage or atleast to-hit penalty?
