Also can anyone tell me what the hell dark meditaion is used for? It just seems like a waste to me.

Dark meditation is just used for scouting. I've atleast found it quite useless skill.

Dark meditation is far from useless. It is a great way to replenish manapool quickly.

Didnt see any 'extra' ticks with dark meditation. Normal ticks imo.

When i was a spider priest i tried the dam skill but found i ticked faster with my eq on since dark med makes you remove eq if i remember right.

Does someone have all the dark baptism messages avail(with explanations) and cared to add those here?

Dark meditation is a very usefull skill.specially if your one of the e-priest tank classes with just some priest levels...too bad that you dont get the skill untill you hit the mid guild levels...there are 3 wyas you can use it the first 2 are the best... use dark meditation to regen hp/sp by giving up ep...or the other 2 are better because you get twice as much regen...for hp you give up sp and for sp give up hp...the skill runs about 15-20 rounds and starts with minor cost to what you give 1 for ep 2 for either hp or sp...and it increases every couple of mini-ticks...over the course of what is normally 3-5 regen ticks you can gain as much as you would have from 7-9 ticks with minor loss from what you give.
