mix of your ideas would certainly be a better system. I especially like
Cilwand's "leader"ranks. I don't think anyone wants a "tarmalensynod" here,
but something similar perhaps as Crimsos have.
One thing which has been overlooked in all propositions though, is the spell
"heal all". I think it's one major "duty" of being a tarmalen and hence should
