Could the surgery part of tier 1 quests be revised please? It is very very
hard to complete this simple part of the chain now that everyone starts with
100 Cha, not to mention the low numbers playing at the moment. (Hurry up and
make 70 in WoW)
A simple fix would be to allow a choice between the surgery and the donating
(if this is even in game atm)
I don't believe this part was intended to be as painful as it is right now.
