Hi all!

It came to my attention that the newest updates to Batclient had caused the
Pathfinder plugin to stop working. I fixed it and put the new area names and
map data in, too, so get it while it's hot.

For the ones of you who don't know what I'm talking about: BatPathfinder is an
easy to use plugin for BatClient that enables you to walk across continents
lightning fast, especially if you have a mount and don't have to worry about
EP costs. It also has a flexible non-map based navigation for ships and some
other neat stuff.
