How about doing the same thing to bard's that was done with spiders some years
back, and fix war ensemble and other spells to have WAY INFERIOR efect when
casted as a lower guild level bard. At the moment the difference ebtween
having 20 bard levels and 30 bard levels is way too small when looking at
spell efect.
