My fellow bards,

I apologize that we have experienced a shortage in coverage with regards to
the oversight of the guild with respect to the population of Loremasters and
Masterbards. This guild has a tremendous history, and one which we wish to
preserve for as long as the guild remains in its existence. As a mortal, the
Bard guild was my favorite, even so over the Merchant guild and I found myself
greatly enjoying the role of the Bard and its importance around the realms of
BatMUD.

That being said, you are always encouraged to first seek out one of your
mortal Loremasters or Masterbards. In the absence of such, and sufficient
effort made in locating one, you may contact a Lorewizard for the granting and
review of Bardic tasks. At the moment, that includes myself and Amarth who are
active, although I have volunteered to preside over these matters primarily so
that Amarth can focus what time he has here on his Archwizardly duties.

Before contacting me, please take the time to visit the guild headquarters and
review the information for the task at hand. My intent is to preserve the
roleplay that this guild demands and exercise my ability to continue that
history. When contacting me, a tell or a mudmail will suffice, and I will
return them as soon as I am able to... it may be a day or two. In the
meantime, I am watching to identify someone who rises to the requirements of
Loremaster or Masterbard, as it is a mighty and awesome status to achieve
within the guild. If and when that time comes, notice will be provided here.
