Syggax fish quests will now add the general location to the note, since
apparently, it's not as obvious as I thought it would be at first.

Returning to a questgiver after you quit will re-start your kill counts --
that's not new, that's old. But, it will no longer re-start the one hour time
limit during which you cannot abandon the quest, but leave the original
starting time intact.

And a few minor bug and typofixes. Keep me posted if things aren't working.
