I like that there are events like the ratcatcher that are geared towards
newbies. The problem is that we don't have a lot of newbies playing and
participating all the time. What I'm proposing is that after a certain period
of time (lets say an hour or two) the level limit could be dropped and anyone
can participate. That way we can clean up the cities, and older Shadow Sabres
can get some style points.
