Hello mortals,

I think I might regret this afterwards, but I think I owe
you an explanation of what was really going on the so called
"New LOC guild". First I must state that I am speaking only
on my own behalf and frankly I have no idea what other wizards
and archwizards who are taking part on this project think
about this. I hope this

In year 2002 I was handed a draft of New Lords of Chaos. I fell
in love of their utter chaosiness compared to the old fluffy
fellows-with-utterly-good-weapon-and-shiny-battlesuits -guild.
That time 'the team' had very loose organization and I was in
coding with high spirit. The work was massive and lots was done
in very short time.

Then I got bored, partially because I think I am not personally
suitable working on a project that I couldn't give my full heart
to it. The design was not completely mine which made it difficult.
There was good effort on the management side to encourage us to
give our best, but it wasn't enough. Second reason for losing
interest was mortal response. Half cheered for the thing and the
rest hated it. I was buried in questions and comments, some good
some idiotic. I chose to become the public face of "new locs".
It was impossible for me to continue doing something I felt so
contradictory about.

I am not trying to push the guilt to mortals even though it may
sound so. Perhaps one day the guild will be completed, perhaps
without me. I am not working on it anymore, but I still occasionally
think and plan my part of the guild.
