I was thiking since Psionicist guild seems to have somewhat low amount of
guild members, would and slight uptune be in place?.
I was thinking that, putting the 'knowledge of mental defence' in more of use
could be nice extra spice in the guild structure.
Examble making 'komd' affect the spell spcosts in general, by lowering em down
a little.
