To address another bug report: some events are either run so infrequently
(guantlet) or have so few monsters in them (Friday the 13th) that they do not
count towards the "Event of an Emergency" reaver quest. Completion of this
quest is based on events that are either run frequently, have tons of
monsters, or both.
