Is there any way I can get confirmation that I have 'officially' maxed all my
special skills, the message on maxing the final one wasn't very convincing. A
private message would suffice, if there is no formal way.

My caution arises because in my last monk reinc, I maxed 'Wave crest strike',
'Geyser force kick', 'Falcon talon strike' and 'Elder cobra kick', but only got
the bonus on maxing 'Geyser force kick', 'Falcon talon strike' and 'Elder cobra
kick' in this reinc. Thus I'm wary about reincing back in (due to extreme age)
without confirming that they've all maxed this time round.
