Doh! Holy lance was still not working. Now it is fixed for the ..last time
I might as well go through the basic concept of the spell so you can confirm
yourself if it works as intended.

The lance itself does small damage but debuffs evil/undead for a short time
so that the target takes extra damage. The vulnerability can be stacked with
additional lances and it also refreshes the time of the vulnerability. Beside
the extra damage, there is additional perk to use holy lance. When using
offensive nun spell on target with debuff, caster might gain illuminated
state. In this state that lasts a brief moment, the lance damage is MASSIVE
(~holy bolt) so one should try to cast as many lances as possible during the
short window.
